Welcome to my tiny whimsical world! I'm so glad you are here.

I'm Nilufer Sen Necef. My friends call me Nily. I was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey and currently live in Northern California, USA.

I have a BFA in painting.

 

I make whimsical creatures out of clay because they make me happy. I make dolls, birds, bears or whatever would like to come out of the clay at the moment. They all choose their own personalities and stories. 

 

I usually prefer to use paper clay because it's environment friendly and sometimes I use polymer clay for its durability.
